Since 1999, the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum has been carrying all the good boys and girls of Chattanooga and surrounding areas to the North Pole for a visit with Santa Claus. This year, TVRM is proud to announce that Jolly Old St. Nicholas has once again asked that we extend our services and take everybody back to the North Pole again!
Santa’s elves have been busy preparing the tracks and we hear that they’ll be routed through locations such as Santa’s Workshop! Storytellers are buying fresh copies of The Polar Express to read to everybody and elves are busy getting chocolate drinks and cookies ready so that all the children will have something to eat and drink on the trip!
Santa has even arranged for our station to keep everyone warm and dry while waiting for the North Pole Limited to arrive, complete with a dining area for those with an appetite.
