Visit the North Pole by Train
A Chattanooga family tradition since 1999, the North Pole Limited is an approximately 75-minute onboard Christmas experience. Travel aboard decorated, heated vintage railcars while enjoying hot chocolate, cookies, holiday storytelling, music, and displays near the depot and North Pole.
When the train reaches the North Pole, guests remain seated while Santa boards and visits each family for greetings and photos.

How long is the experience?
Allow approximately 75 minutes for the train ride and onboard program. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
What is the difference between day and evening departures?

Is this a moving train ride?
Yes. The train travels from Grand Junction toward the North Pole and back. The focus is the onboard Christmas program rather than extended sightseeing.
