Monthly Dinner Train information is found here
TVRM is pleased to offer this unique opportunity for patrons to enjoy not only a rail excursion trip, but also fine dining enroute while the train travels along the rails. Passengers are encouraged to choose their entrée as tickets are ordered. Patrons may select their entrée of carved English roast of beef topped in a Madeira sauce, roasted stuffed breast of chicken with a wild mushroom cream sauce or cumberland sauce, or crusted filet of salmon with a béarnaise sauce or red pepper butter. (Menu items mentioned are examples but there will be beef, chicken, fish, and vegetarian main entrées. Presentation is subject to adjustment by our chef.)
In addition, patrons may choose from true vintage dining in the Dining Car (four to a table) or the Presidential Office Car #98 for private parties up to eight. Limited accommodations are available in a 1920's-era Pullman Car with tables for two at $170 per couple. The Office Car boasts a dining room, lounge area and rear observation platform. Presidential Office Car Eden Isle is offered for private charter representing the ultimate in railway travel. The cost of $800 allows a group of up to eight (8) persons to travel in the opulent car, which boasts a dining room, lounge area, and rear observation platform. These fortunate passengers will dine at their own private table aboard the special car. This option can be reserved for only one group per evening.
Tickets for the excursion and dinner start at $150 per couple, which includes tax and gratuity. Tickets are expected to sell out in advance. Reservations are recommended.
Please note that smoking, alcoholic beverages, and pets are NOT allowed on any train. Thanks for your cooperation.
