The menu, which changes seasonally, offers a variety of delectable options to cater to diverse palates. For instance, the March through May menu includes:

  • Southern Braised Steak Tips: Tender, slow-braised steak tips packed with rich Southern flavor.
  • Pan-Seared Mahi-Mahi: Light, flaky, and perfectly seared for a fresh and flavorful bite.

The “Dinner on the Diner” excursions are available on select Fridays and Saturdays from March through October, with departures from Chattanooga’s Grand Junction Station at 6:45 PM. Given the popularity of this event, it’s advisable to book your tickets in advance to secure your preferred date.

  • Pullman Section – Table for 1 or 2: $240 per table
  • Dining Car – Table for 3: $326 per table
  • Dining Car – Table for 4: $400 per table
  • Eden Isle Private Car: $2,400 (seats up to 8 passengers)
