  • What happens if we show up without a ticket?
    • Day Of tickets may or may not be available, but we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your spot.
  • Can we ride both Thomas and the Missionary Ridge Local on the same day?
    • Yes! Thomas is the main event, but we encourage guests to also ride the Missionary Ridge Local, especially at the discounted rate for Thomas ticket holders. It’s a great way to experience authentic steam railroading.
  • Will there be food available on site?
    • Yes, snacks and refreshments are available throughout the day, and picnic tables are provided if you’d like to bring your own lunch.

Duration

  • Plan to stay for 2 to 3 hours

  • Thomas ride: ~25 minutes

  • Missionary Ridge Local: ~65 minutes

  • Activities open from morning through mid-afternoon


Requirements & Tips

  • All attendees must have a valid Thomas ticket to participate

  • Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome in most areas

  • Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes

  • The event runs rain or shine
