The Exhibit Building is only available after 6pm EST.
Additional Details:
• Clients must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COLI) with a
minimum overage of $1,000,000 for any event that includes alcohol.
• All rented décor & florals must be provided by approved vendors. All event
details are subject to approval.
• TVRM does not allow glitter, confetti, confetti cannons, rice, flamed
candles, or artificial snow.
• Alcoholic beverages and bartending services must be provided through the
TVRM only.
• Outside food & beverages must be approved and are not permitted in Tea
Room.
• Outside catering will incur a service & cleaning fee of $150All rentals require a non–refundable deposit of 50% of the room total with the
remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event.*Rates are subject to an increase based on add–ons requested by the client.
